Loren is an award winning artist best noted for her bold still life paintings, vivid floral compositions, luscious fruits & vegetables and dramatic life drawings. She has won numerous awards in juried competitions, and has participated in national shows where her work has been highly regarded.
Born in Carteret, New Jersey, Loren was classically trained attending, and graduating from, Du Cret School of the Arts, in New Jersey . She also studied at the National Academy of Fine Arts & Design and the Art Students League (NY), where she trained with David Leffel, Harvey Dinnerstein and Michael Burbon.
Recently Loren was juried into the American Society of Traditional Artists. She is also a member of the Oil Painters of America and the International Guild of Realism.
